SnowBigDeal has a 45-day return policy as long as the product is in brand-new condition. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please note a charge of $9.99 ($25 for AK & HI) will be withheld from your refund by using the shipping label provided. In addition, a $25 charge will be assessed for items requiring additional cleaning.

If you opt for an exchange, one of our representatives will reach out to you after we receive the return to ensure that you receive the correct replacement. We will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement back to you.
To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to include the return authorization in the package along with your return. If we don't know where the return came from, we won't be able to issue a refund or replacement. To avoid a $25 cleaning fee, please ensure the item being returned is clean and in brand new condition.
