SnowBigDeal has a 45-day return policy as long as the product is in brand-new condition. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.

You may request a return label by entering your order number and zip code below.
Please note a charge of $9.99 ($25 for AK & HI) will be withheld from your refund by using the shipping label provided. In addition, a $25 charge will be assessed for items requiring additional cleaning.

If you would like to avoid the charge of $9.99 ($25 for AK & HI), you may use your own return label and ship your item to:

If you choose to exchange your item, one of our representatives will contact you after we receive your return to confirm the details and ensure you get the correct replacement. Please note that while we will cover the shipping costs to send the replacement to you, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure to include the return authorization in the package along with your return. If we don't know where the return came from, we won't be able to issue a refund or replacement. To avoid a $25 cleaning fee, please ensure the item being returned is clean and in brand new condition.
