General Policy

Notice: A signature may be required for any order over $500.

Shipping Carriers: We partner with USPS and UPS for shipping; we do not ship via FedEx.

Free shipping

If you choose the “Free Shipping” (U.S. Orders Only) or “Standard Shipping” option, we will use economy shipping. This may involve shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground.

Expedited & Rush Shipping Options

If you select Expedited (2–4 Business Days) or RUSH (1–2 Business Days) shipping at checkout, we will choose a shipping method where the carrier’s quoted delivery date and historical performance indicate delivery within the selected timeframe at the time of shipment.

While we make every effort to meet these delivery windows, carrier transit delays are outside of our control once the package has left our facility.

Please note that federal holidays do not count as business days and may impact transit timelines, even when Expedited or RUSH shipping is selected.

Carrier Delays & Disruptions

Notice: Avoid processing delays be using a matching billing and delivery address if possible.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

  • Severe or Unexpected Weather Conditions Anywhere Along the Delivery Route
  • Protests, Worker’s Strikes, or Labor Disruptions
  • Government Shutdowns or Federal Funding Freezes
  • Civil Unrest or Public Safety Events
  • Transportation Network or Internet Service and Internal System Disruptions
  • Carrier Operational Issues or Regional Backlogs

SnowBigDeal is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after shipment and is not required to provide compensation, issue refunds, or otherwise credit a customer due to delayed shipments.

International Shipping

All international orders ship at a flat rate of $60 USD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and apply only to eligible destinations. We currently offer international shipping to the following destinations: Canada, Greenland, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. If your country is not listed or does not appear as an available option, we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact us, and we’ll help determine shipping feasibility, estimated costs, and any additional requirements.

Additional Notes

  • International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country.
  • Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.
  • Some items may be restricted from international shipment due to size, weight, brand limitations, or carrier regulations..
