Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING

If you choose the "Free Shipping" (U.S. Orders Only) or "Standard Shipping" option, we will use economy shipping. This may involve shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground.

- Avoid processing delays be using a matching billing and shipping address if possible. Our team may reach out to confirm order information.

- Changes made to your order (after purchase) such as size/color changes, exchanges, etc. may cause additional processing delays.

Notice: A signature may be required for any order over $500.

International Shipping

All international orders ship at a flat rate of $60 USD. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and apply to eligible destinations only. We currently offer international shipping to the following destinations: Canada, Greenland, Europe, Austrailia, New Zealand, and Japan. If your country is not listed or does not appear as an available option, we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact us, and we’ll help determine shipping feasibility, estimated costs, and any additional requirements.

Additional Notes:

- International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import charges imposed by their country.

- Delivery times may vary based on destination, customs processing, and local carriers.

- Some items may be restricted from international shipment due to size, weight, brand limitations, or carrier regulations.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING NUMBERS

Once you have submitted your order online, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Furthermore, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you are unable to locate the email containing your order confirmation or tracking number, kindly check your junk mail, as these messages may have been redirected there. If you are still unable to find the messages, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you in obtaining the necessary information.

MISSING PACKAGE

If you've noticed that an item you ordered is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the first step is to contact the shipping carrier directly. This means either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Once you have reported the missing package to them, if you still do not receive the item, we will take the necessary steps to open a case to ensure that you receive it.
