By participating in the SnowBigDeal Points Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your participation in the program.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The program is open to individuals who create a SnowBigDeal account on our website.
1.2. Membership is free, and no purchase is necessary to join.
2. Earning Points
2.1. Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases, excluding taxes, shipping fees, and any other non-merchandise charges
2.2. Points may be earned for specific activities such as signing up for the program, celebrating your birthday, or engaging with SnowBigDeal on social media, as listed under the “Ways to Earn” tab within the points dialog window.
2.3. Bonus points may be offered during special promotions, which will be subject to the terms of that promotion.
2.4. Points are added to your account once your order has been processed. You will receive an email notifying you of the rewarded balance (Please check your spam folder).
2.5. SnowBigDeal reserves the right to adjust points balances for returns, cancellations, exchanges, and other adjustments.
3. Redeeming Points
3.1. Points can be redeemed for discounts on eligible purchases through the “Ways to Redeem” tab within the points dialog window.
3.2. Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.3. Points may not be combined with other promotional codes, discounts, or coupons unless explicitly stated.
3.4. The minimum points balance required for redemption and the value of points may vary and are subject to change at SnowBigDeal’s discretion.
4. Points Expiration
4.1. Points do not expire unless the program is terminated or altered (*Subject to change at anytime).
5. Program Modifications
5.1. SnowBigDeal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program, including earning rates, redemption values, or other features, at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Changes to the program will be posted on the SnowBigDeal website. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of these changes.
6. Exclusions
6.1. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on the purchase of gift cards, taxes, shipping fees, or other non-merchandise charges.
6.2. Points are non-transferable and may not be sold, exchanged, or gifted.
6.3. Misuse of the program, including fraudulent activity, may result in the termination of your rewards account and forfeiture of earned points.
7. Account Management
7.1. Members are responsible for maintaining accurate account information (such as their email address) and ensuring they can access their account to track points.
7.2. SnowBigDeal is not responsible for lost or stolen points or unauthorized use of your account.
8. Returns and Adjustments
8.1. If you return an item for which points were earned, the corresponding points will be deducted from your balance.
8.2. If a return or adjustments result in a negative points balance, SnowBigDeal reserves the right to void future awards until the balance is corrected.
