Shipping Policy

HOLIDAY RUSH SHIPPING

We will use a shipping method with a delivery date before Christmas with any order over $250 placed before Noon MST on Thursday, December 19, 2024. Customers must select “free shipping” as their shipping method to qualify. Only orders over $250 to the Lower 48 and to a physical address (no PO boxes) will qualify—this excludes oversized and hazmat items). We guarantee that we will ship your order on time and via a shipping service with a scheduled delivery date on or before Christmas Eve. However, delays by the shipping carrier are entirely out of our control (see Terms & Conditions for more details).

Orders placed before 2 p.m. Mountain Time are typically shipped on the same day or within 24 hours. Our website features a vast inventory of items that we keep in stock. However, there may be occasions where an item needs to be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Notice: A signature may be required for any order over $500.

FREE SHIPPING

If you choose the "Free Shipping" (U.S. Orders Only) or "Standard Shipping" option, we will use economy shipping. This may involve shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground.

*If you require a specific shipping method or service, you must select that during checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING NUMBERS

Once you have submitted your order online, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Furthermore, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. If you are unable to locate the email containing your order confirmation or tracking number, kindly check your junk mail, as these messages may have been redirected there. If you are still unable to find the messages, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you in obtaining the necessary information.

MISSING PACKAGE

If you've noticed that an item you ordered is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the first step is to contact the shipping carrier directly. This means either UPS or the U.S. Postal Service. Once you have reported the missing package to them, if you still do not receive the item, we will take the necessary steps to open a case to ensure that you receive it.
