To ensure your holiday gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please review and adhere to the shipping deadlines outlined below. These deadlines are based on carrier recommendations and are subject to potential delays due to weather, high shipping volume, or other unforeseen circumstances. SnowBigDeal is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the package has been shipped.
Shipping Deadlines
1. General Holiday Shipping (Orders Placed by Dec. 15)
- Order must be placed by 11:59 PM MST on Sunday, December 15, 2024, to ensure delivery by Christmas.
- This applies to orders shipped to the Lower 48 states and to physical addresses only. Shipments to PO boxes, oversized items, and hazardous materials (HazMat) are excluded.
2. Rush Holiday Shipping (Order Over $250)
- Orders over $250 must be placed by Noon MST on Thursday, December 19, 2024, to ensure delivery by Christmas.
- The customer must select the “Free Shipping” option at checkout for eligibility.
- This applies to orders shipped to the Lower 48 states and to physical addresses only. Shipments to PO boxes, oversized items, and HazMat items are excluded.
3. Rush Holiday Shipping (Individual Items Over $250)
- Individual items over $250 must be placed by Noon MST on Friday, December 20, 2024, to ensure delivery by Christmas.
- Only single items priced above $250 qualify; items below this price, even as part of a larger order, do not qualify.
- This applies to orders shipped to the Lower 48 states and to physical addresses only. Shipments to PO boxes, oversized items, and HazMat items are excluded.
Exclusions
The following orders are excluded from the holiday shipping guarantees:
- PO Boxes: Orders must be shipped to a physical address. Shipments to PO boxes are not eligible for Christmas delivery.
- Oversized Items: Shipping deadlines do not apply to oversized or bulky items, such as, gear bags and tires. These items require special handling and extended delivery times.
- HazMat Items: Items involving hazardous materials (e.g. airbag canisters) do not qualify for holiday delivery guarantees.
- International Orders (Alaska & Hawaii): Orders shipped outside the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, are excluded.
Additional Conditions
1. Eligibility
- These deadlines apply to orders shipped within the continental United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international orders, or oversized and HazMat packages , delivery times may vary.
2. Expedited Shipping
- Orders placed after December 15, 2024, may still arrive by Christmas if expedited shipping options are selected. Additional charges will apply.
3. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses
- SnowBigDeal is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
4. Carrier Delays
- While SnowBigDeal will ship your order promptly, we cannot control carrier delays due to weather, high shipping volumes, or other issues.
5. Holiday Volume
- We recommend placing your order as early as possible to account for potential shipping delays during the busy holiday season.
