Anti-fog treatments were first developed by NASA during project Gemini to provide their spacesuit with a lens that would fight condensation in space. Likewise, the best snowmobile goggle should perform for every rider and withstand extreme conditions. After sourcing the best materials and methods around the globe, KLIM is the first to offer GeminEYE anti-fog. Rather than a simple hand application on one side of the lens, we dip the entire inner lens in the GeminEYE formula as a dual shield against fog up to 3X longer than our previous best lens.
The lens is thermally bonded for 24 hours then heated again during production to evaporate any moisture that may have built up during the manufacturing process for a vivid lens throughout the Radius Goggle’s entire field of vision

QUAD TESTED POLYCARB PREMIUM LENS:
KLIM developed the PolyCarb Premium lens with an extremely advanced Polycarbonate (PC) outer lens for a more durable and scratch resistant experience. In order to deliver the highest quality, the Radius Goggle goes beyond the industry standard by undergoing 4 unique durability tests: CE test, EN174:2001, ASTMF659:2010, ANSI Z87.1. The combined technologies with the PolyCarb Premium Lens make the Radius Goggle inherently more durable and vivid than the competition.
AIRCHAMBER VOLUME BOOSTING DIMENSIONS:
The KLIM Radius Goggle is designed with more volume between your eyes and the interior surface of the lenses. This higher volume of air created by KLIM’s AIRCHAMBER is affected less drastically by changing temperatures and humidity levels, keeping condensation saturation to a minimum. RADIUS FOAM SYSTEMS:
KLIM utilizes two exclusive foam structures in the Radius Goggle to provide maximum breathability, durability and comfort.
By sourcing unique foam composites never before used in consumer eyewear, KLIM enhances rider comfort by completely managing moisture throughout the Radius Goggle system. The key is to move and remove moisture.

FOAM3 FACE FOAM:
1: High-wicking face contact fabric transports sweat off your skin quickly to keep a fresh, dry junction between your face and the goggle. Antimicrobial properties keep this thin layer of hyper-wicking fabric fresh while it constantly transports moisture into Stage 2.
2: Medical-grade foam absorption properties help make KLIM’s Stage 2 foam the most potent sweat dispersing foam structure available. Its superior encapsulating functionality can hold more moisture, allowing it to evaporate quicker and more completely than any other foam. Stage 2 also incorporates high-quality antimicrobial properties to reduce funk and eliminate foam failure due to microbial attacks.
3: Strong Barrier Foam adheres to the Radius frame and provides the foundation for the FOAM3 System. GOGGLE CARE:
Special care is required for long-term performance. The goggle lens should be cleaned with water and the included dual-fabric wet/dry goggle cleaning cloth only. Follow these steps to clean your RADIUS Goggle:
1. Remove large debris, dust, mud, etc. by running under water. Do not attempt to move large debris by rubbing—scratching can occur.
2. After getting the lens wet, gently dry by blotting the lens with the “wet” side of the dual-fabric wet/dry goggle cloth. Do not rub—debris on the lens can cause scratching when rubbing. Let the lens completely air dry.
3. When the lens is dry and there is no debris on the lens surface, you may polish the lens with the dry-side of the dual-fabric cloth to remove smudges.
4. Thoroughly rinse and dry the dual-fabric wet/dry goggle bag regularly to reduce the chance of debris contamination.
5. Do not use paper products, gloves, or other abrasive materials to clean the goggle.
GOGGLE STORAGE:
Store goggles in a warm, dry place. Keep goggles away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Do not expose goggles to strong detergents or chemicals. Allow the goggle to air dry before storing. Do not leave the goggle in areas of concentrated heat and sunlight (car dashboard, for example). Always protect the Goggle by storing it in its protective bag or case.
BEST USE PRACTICES:
The KLIM RADIUS GOGGLE is an intense piece of engineering. To ensure your experience is optimized, follow these guidelines for maximum performance.
Avoid resting the goggle in places the efficiency of the ventilation ports may be reduced. Avoid resting the goggle where it will be exposed to intense temperature changes and high-levels of water vapor. Keep the goggle on your face for best performance.
If snow, water or water vapor should collect inside the goggle, follow these steps to restore optimum performance:
1. Shake excess debris (snow, water vapor, vegetation, etc) from the goggle interior.
2. Clear all ventilation ports and lens vents
3. Gently blot remaining moisture from lens surfaces with the “wet” side of your goggle bag (take care not to scratch surface with debris on lens surface).
4. Allow time for the goggle to dry completely and remove any smudges with the “dry” side of your goggle bag.
5. Once the lens is dry, wear it and keep moving as much as possible to dry the entire goggle system.
HOW TO CHANGE THE LENS ON YOUR KLIM RADIUS GOGGLE:
To replace the lens please follow these instructions:
1. Grasp goggle firmly with both hands. Gently remove the lens starting from the top edge, gently separating the frame channel from the edge of the lens. Disengage the lens notches from the frame tabs as you work from the top to the sides.
2. Continue separating the lens from the frame around the side of the lens until it is free. No tools are needed.
3. Slip the lens out of the frame by holding it tight and pulling it upwards.
4. Select an appropriate replacement lens (visit our website for a detailed list of options). Do not remove protective backing on lens.
5. Remove nose guard (see blow). Insert the new lens in the frame starting at the middle of the lower center edge. Press the lens into the frame channel tabs firmly so it snaps in place at this point.
6. Start working around the bottom edge of the lens, working your way to the sides and then the top. Snap lens notches into the frame tabs all the way around.
7. Ensure the lens is fully seated in the channel by inspecting that the lip of the frame covers the edge of the lens all the way around inside the goggle and outside the goggle. Ensure all frame tabs are firmly snapped into a lens notch.
8. Remove the protective backing.
HOW TO REMOVE/REPLACE THE NOSE GUARD ON YOUR KLIM RADIUS GOGGLE:
1. Start by inserting the male tabs on the nose guard into the corresponding inserts in the goggle frame.
2. Squeeze these inserts into place while wiggling the nose guard back and forth
3. Now that these two tabs are properly seated into the frame, push the nose piece into place and let it mate with the corresponding insert in the nose of the goggle frame.

We warrant *every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects for the **lifetime of the product. Additionally, all KLIM GORE-TEX® products are GUARANTEED TO KEEP YOU DRY® for the **lifetime of the product. If these products fail due to a manufacturing or material defect, we will repair the product without charge, or replace it at our discretion. This warranty is not transferable. Product must be registered with KLIM (at www.KLIM.com) to receive warranty coverage.
